The challenge

The MLH team has successfully built a thriving community of healthcare professionals, bringing together over 300,000 doctors, nurses, and pharmacists for continuous learning and collaboration. Despite this achievement, they still faced challenges in sending out relevant information to the right audiences. Crafting strategies that effectively reach and engage such a diverse group demanded a nuanced and tailored approach.

Looking ahead

Tech Care For All envisions a future where Zoho Campaigns isn't just a tool but an integral part of their operational ecosystem, contributing to their growth, scalability, and global presence. "Currently, MLH is an independent platform that uses Zoho Campaigns to create email campaigns," Sachin says. "However, my ideal scenario would be launching awareness campaigns directly from each course on the platform, fully integrated with Zoho—launching, tracking, and managing everything right there. I aim to achieve this by the end of 2024.""
