"We like to say the 'Ex' in 'HomecomingEx' stands for 'Executives,' 'Expertise,' 'Experts,' 'Exceptional,' 'Exciting,' and 'Extraordinary,'" Jones says, noting that their specialization involves executive recruitment across Africa, with a primary focus on identifying and placing experienced professionals within companies of varying sizes. "That encompasses pivotal roles such as CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, and CSOs, as well as positions in senior and middle management."

At HomecomingEx, our distinctive edge stems from our unparalleled global network of seasoned professionals available for hire. Angel stresses that their main challenge is educating companies about the benefits of fractional executives. Another significant challenge they faced earlier was finding a secure platform to reach thousands of contacts, considering the implementation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) in South Africa.
