  • How secure is Cliq?

  • Who can install extensions from Zoho Marketplace?

    The org admin and users can install extensions from Zoho Marketplace. If the admin installs an extension, it will be available for the entire organization. If a user installs an extension, then it will be available to everyone in the user's team.

  • Who can uninstall an extension?

    If a user has installed an extension from Zoho Marketplace, then only that user can uninstall the app. When the user uninstalls the app, it will be automatically removed from accounts of all the members of the team. However, the organization admin has the power to uninstall all the apps even the ones installed by users.

  • What is Cliq's SLA?

    The Service Level Agreement (SLA) of Cliq is 24 hours.

  • How do I contact the support team?

    You can always connect with us in just a few clicks! In web application click on your profile picture, and under Help select Send Feedback. Type in your feedback or query and send it to us. We will get back to you as soon as we can.   

    If our support representative is online, then live chat option—Chat with us will be available under Help. 

    In mobile apps you can access Feedback under Settings.

  • How many languages does Cliq support?

    Cliq supports 13 languages both in Web and Apps (Mobile & Desktop). The languages are English, German, Greek, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Chinese. 

    Click on your Profile Picture and select My Zoho Account. In the Accounts page that opens, under Profile, you can choose your preferred langauge.

  • What are the browsers supported by Cliq?

    Cliq is compatible with the following browsers:

    1. Safari 9 and above 2. Chrome 49 and above 3. Mozilla Firefox 44 and above 4. Opera 45 and above  5. Microsoft Edge 41 and above

    Javascript is used to make Zoho Cliq interactive, and Cookies are required to store and use the current user session and details for validation. Hence the browsers should be Javascript and cookies enabled. You can refer to this third party help page, for detailed step by step instructions to enable JavaScript in popular browsers. 

  • Cross Data Center Collaboration: Can I collaborate with a Cliq user whose account belongs to a different Zoho data center?

    To collaborate in Cliq, all users should signup and create their Zoho account in the same Zoho data center. This is applicable even for the external members who will be invited to join an external channel.

  • What is the pricing of Cliq?

    Cliq offers very flexible pricing apt for small to large scale organizations. Click here to check out our pricing.

  • If I cancel my Cliq subscription, will I get a refund?

    Cliq offers the best features one can get for effective communication within your organization. But, if you are not satisfied, do not fret. Cliq has a refund policy i.e. after subscribing to Cliq, within 30 days if you request for cancellation, our support team will get in touch with you and carry out the refund process.

  • I have subscribed to Cliq, should I pay for Cliq mobile app?

    Cliq mobile app is available free of cost for iOS, Android and Windows. You can download them from the respective stores or click on the following links Android and iOS

  • How do I upgrade Cliq for my organization?

    The admin can upgrade Cliq plan by clicking on Profile Picture and selecting Subscriptions from the menus listed. 

  • If I downgrade my Cliq subscription, what will happen to my paid extensions?

    Paid extensions will always be available in your account. So, when you downgrade your Cliq subscription you can still enjoy the extensions that you paid for.

  • Will I get refund of extension payments?

    No, extension payments will not be refunded.

  • Can I make money from this platform?

    Yes, you can make money from Cliq Platform. If a client subscribes to your paid extensions in Zoho Marketplace, then the extension amount will be credited to you.

  • How does the trial period work for the subscription of Cliq and its Extensions?

    Cliq has a trial period of 14 days. Once the trial period is over, you will be reverted to the free plan until you upgrade.

    Extensions have a trial period of 15 days, after which failing to upgrade will result in deactivation of the extension.

  • For how long can I use the Free Plan?

    There is no specific limit for free plan. You can use it as long as you want.

  • Can I switch plans anytime?

    Yes, you can switch plans anytime you want both in Cliq and Extensions. Payments will be deducted in accordance with licensing.

    i.e. You had subscribed for 10 users in Unlimited, but currently you have only 9 users. Now when you renew again, you will be charged for 10 users irrespective of your current count.

  • What is the mode of payment in Cliq?

    Credit card is the fixed mode of payment that Cliq follows for all billings.

  • Does Cliq have consultants? If so, how can I contact them?

    Yes, Cliq does have consultants all over the globe. Click here to view them.

  • For how long does Cliq retain my data?

    Cliq retains your full data when you are an active user. If you are not active in Cliq for 180 days or more, then Cliq will consider you inactive and will no longer retain your data.

  • What is the storage limit that Cliq offers?

    Cliq offers storage capacity based on the subscription plan. The Free plan offers 100GB storage for the entire organization, and the Unlimited plan offers 100GB/user storage capacity. 

  • Is my data secure when using extensions ?

    Yes, the basic function of extensions is to respond to commands and process it. For specializations apart from these functions, the app will request permission to access your data. Hence your data will not be accessed without your knowledge and is therefore secure.

Desktop app for Mac users

  • How do I disable incoming calls in the Cliq desktop app?

    To disable incoming calls in the Cliq desktop app:

        1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app.

         2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

         3. Navigate to the Calls section and toggle off the Show Incoming Calls option.

  • How do I enable read receipts for chats?

    To enable read receipts for chats:

        1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app.

        2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

        3. Navigate to the Privacy section and check the Enable Read Receipts option.

    To reposition the Cliq chat list tabs, press Command ⌘ and drag and drop them to the required position.

  • How do I find missing chats in Cliq?

    Only up to 50 chats are displayed in the Cliq chat list. You can use the search bar in Cliq to find missing chats.

  • How do I sign out of the app?

       1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app.

       2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

       3. Navigate to the Accounts section and click Sign Out.

  • How do I update the app to the latest version?

    Whenever a new update is available, the app will prompt you to update upon closing and reopening the app. Select Install Update from the prompt.

    To update to the latest version manually, click Zoho Cliq - Beta in the system menu bar and select Check for Updates from the drop-down menu.

  • How do I send feedback with log files to report bugs?

         1. Click Help from the system menu bar.

         2. Select Send Feedback from the drop-down menu.

         3. Enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.

         4. Check the Include Log Files and Include Optional Diagnostic Information options.

         5. Once ready, click Submit.

    Note: By default, the Include Log Files and Include Optional Diagnostic Information options will be toggled on.

      To enable DND:

          1.  Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app.

          2.  Select Do Not Disturb from the dropdown menu.

          3.  Choose your desired time frame from the available options.

    4. How do I configure a 12-hour or 24-hour time format?
