  • What is the difference between Internal network and external network?

    An internal network in Zoho Connect is exclusive for members within your organization. It's where they can collaborate, communicate, and get work done seamlessly. An external network in Zoho Connect allows you to create connections with individuals outside the organization, like clients and external collaborators.   • How is the pricing calculated?

    The pricing for Zoho Connect’s internal network is based on the number of users in the network. When your user count grows beyond 100 and 500 you will see a reduction in the cost per user for those additional users. Please use our price calculator above to check the exact price for your team.

  • Can an internal network be converted as an external network or vice-versa?

    The option to convert an internal network to an external or vice-versa is not possible since both networks serve a different purpose. We request you to decide the type of network that would suit your need before setting up your network. If you are not sure regarding the type of network you would need, please drop a line to support@zohoconnect.com and we will assist you with the network.

  • How can I upgrade if my team size grows?

    You can upgrade anytime you like by going to the subscriptions page. To access the page, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page, and click Subscription. In the new page, enter the number of additional users and make the payment.

  • Can I downgrade to the free plan anytime?

    Yes, you can downgrade to the free plan anytime by going to the Subscriptions page. To access the page, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page, and click Subscription. In the new page, you can select the free plan to make the change.

  • Does Zoho Connect support multiple languages?

  • What is File storage space and what does it constitute of?

    Zoho Connect has a files app that lets you create and upload documents, from your system or from the cloud. The file storage space is inclusive of the files created or uploaded to the files app and the files added as attachments in posts across your Zoho Connect network.   • Is my data safe?

    Securing your data is core to our business. Our security facilities include full-time video monitoring, biometric access, and advanced fire, flood, and theft monitoring systems. Our network security system employs the latest encryption and intrusion detection and prevention technologies.

  • What types of payment do you accept?
