Understand form publish
Publishing the forms of an application will enable anyone to access it, even if they don't have a Zoho Creator account. Publishing the form will generate a perma link and an embed code for the component. The perma link can be shared with users. They will only be able to access that specific component. The embed code allows the insertion of the Zoho Creator form into an existing webpage. Once published, any changes that you make to the Creator application will be reflected in the published form automatically. The appearance of the published form can also be modified to suit your requirements. These changes can be chosen from five sections : Form properties, Headers, Button, Labels, and Fields. The republish feature will generate a new permalink and embed code for the same component while rendering the existing codes inaccessible.
