  • What services are a part of Zoho CRM Plus?

    Zoho CRM Plus comprises of 10 powerful services for your customer-facing teams on one single interface. CRM for sales automation and complete pipeline management, SalesIQ for live chat and visitor tracking, Desk for Help desk, Projects for project management, Campaigns for marketing automation, Analytics for unified insights across your teams, SalesInbox for exclusive sales emails, Social for social media marketing, Survey for customer surveys and Motivator for sales activity management.

  • How many leads/contacts do I use for my email marketing campaigns? And how many emails can I send?

    For every user license, you get upto 5k leads/contacts. And you can send unlimited emails to all your leads/contacts upto 20 user licenses. Beyond 20 user licenses, the number of emails you can send is calculated by 10*number of leads/contacts. For example, if you have 25 user licenses, you get upto 125k leads/contacts(25*5k) and 1250k emails every month(10*125k).

  • Can I get a demo of Zoho CRM Plus?

  • How many website visitors can I track with CRM Plus?

    You can track upto 5k website visitors per user license. A maximum of 200K users can be tracked per month, which can be extended using add-ons.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com.

  • Is my data safe?

Our facilities feature stringent 24/7/365 security with video monitoring, biometric access, and advanced fire, flood, and theft monitoring systems. Our network security system employs the latest encryption and intrusion detection and prevention technologies.

  • How long are your contracts?

    Zoho CRM Plus is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly). This means there are no long-term contracts. You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time by logging in to your CRM Plus account.

  • What about a money-back guarantee?

    If you are not satisfied with our product or service, cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund your purchase amount in full. For more information, read our complete refund policy here.

  • What happens after my trial ends?

    After the end of your 30-day trial, you will need to purchase a subscription to convert your trial account into a permanent account. All your data, customizations, and advanced features implemented during the free trial will remain intact. If you choose to not subscribe to Zoho CRM Plus after your trial ends, your account will be suspended. You can reactivate your CRM Plus account at any time by upgrading to the paid plan, and all the customizations you have configured in your CRM Plus account will be retained.

  • Am I eligible for any discounts?
