Cancel Subscriptions

Zoho CRM Plus is a pay-as-you-go service (you decide whether you want to pay monthly or yearly). Cancel your subscription at any time if you decide you don't want to continue. When you cancel your subscription, you'll be downgraded to the Free Plan for individual products in the bundle.

To cancel your subscription

Click the User icon () displayed in the upper-right corner of the page and click Manage Billings from the Subscription section in the sliding panel.
In the Subscription Details page, hover the cursor over your current plan and click Cancel Subscription.
Click Downgrade Anyway in the popup.
Let us know the reason you decided to cancel.
To downgrade your subscription, you have two options:

Downgrade your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle
Downgrade your subscription immediately.

To downgrade your subscription immediately, clear the Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle check box, and then click Confirm Downgrade. You'll be notified that your subscription is closed and downgraded to the Free Plan.
To downgrade your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle, leave the Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle check box selected as is, and click Confirm Downgrade. You'll see a message that your subscription downgrade has been scheduled to the end of your billing cycle.
You can click Downgrade Immediately to immediately downgrade your subscription, or click Resume Subscription to revert your cancellation.
If you've clicked Resume Subscription, you'll be notified that your subscription has resumed successfully.
Click the Close icon () to return to the Subscription Details page.
If you've clicked Downgrade Immediately, you'll see a message that your subscription has been closed with immediate effect and downgraded to the Free Plan.
Click Close. Your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
You can reactivate your subscription anytime by accessing your CRM Plus account and clicking the Upgrade My Subscription button.
