Sync your Zoho Mail Calendar with Zoho CRM Calendar.

If you are using multiple Zoho products, you may be maintaining your calendar in each product. For example, you update your personal events in Zoho Mail, while you maintain your sales events in Zoho CRM. 

However, note that these two calendars are separate. You may be assuming that these calendars are in sync as they come from Zoho. But just in case there are users who want to keep the calendars separate, we don't sync them by default unless a manual sync has been opted for, initially. If you want to sync them, follow the steps below. Otherwise, you can continue to maintain two separate calendars. 

To enable calendar synchronization between Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail, 

  1. Go to calendar.zoho.com.
  2. Click Settings > App Calendars > select Zoho CRM.
  3. Select an org.
  4. Click Synchronize.

That's it! All the events you create in either calendar will now sync with each other.
