Cost transparency and value

VWO changed its pricing plan again in 2022. They categorized their features into six bundles, which means you won't necessarily have access to all their features, unlike Zoho PageSense. For example, if you want to A/B test your website, you can choose the VWO Testing bundle, but to use other features like Heatmaps and Session Recording, you need to pay for another bundle called VWO Insights. Their pay-per-need pricing plan gets expensive when you start to expand your optimization experiments in the long run.

VWO's pricing is on request, whereas Zoho PageSense believes in transparent pricing to knock out the big uncertainty factor for the users.
