From the early days of my home-based sharpening service, I used the typical shoebox method of keeping my business records in one place. After some time, I took the plunge and started with Zoho's Invoice Generator app. It worked well, but it became more limited in function as my business grew. After a year of using the Invoice Generator app, I knew I had to look at more robust invoicing/accounting apps. Most other apps seemed too complex and labor-intensive to use, so I moved to Zoho Invoice and haven't looked back at all. It's comprehensive enough for my requirements, and very easy to use and navigate. I have pertinent information at my fingertips to view and analyze, and, it's completely free! Moreover, Zoho constantly enhances the functionality of the app, so I don't have to look elsewhere. Additionally, and in my experience, Zoho's support staff are quick, efficient, and most helpful in getting you through any hurdles if they arise. From the early days of doing things on a shoestring budget to a growing business that demands organized information in real time, I'm glad that Zoho Invoice has my back in my business.
